The Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager, Inclusive Hiring & Employer Brand, is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of initiatives that attract, hire, and retain diverse talent and strengthen Airgas and Air Liquide's reputation as an employer of choice in the Americas. This role will design, implement, and optimize inclusive hiring programs, champion equitable hiring practices, and communicate the company's unique culture, values, and employee experience through compelling branding initiatives. Partnering closely with HR, Marketing, Communications, and business leaders, the Program Manager will drive efforts to position the organization as a premier employer and ensure a strong, authentic employer brand that resonates across a broad talent audience.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals, inclusive hiring objectives, and employer branding initiatives. Lead efforts to embed inclusive hiring practices into all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to support a unified brand message that reflects the organization's values and culture and ensures recruitment strategies are inclusive and support organizational goals. Partner with senior leaders to set and achieve measurable inclusive hiring and employer branding goals. Champion inclusive hiring initiatives by proactively sourcing and engaging diverse talent pools. Identify and highlight key differentiators that set the organization apart in the talent market. Propose and design engaging content to showcase the company's culture and employee experience towards prospective candidates. Design, validate, and execute multi-channel employer branding campaigns to reach and engage target audiences effectively. Partner with approved external agencies and creative teams to produce high-quality, impactful employer branding materials. Conduct research on talent market trends, candidate expectations, and competitor positioning to inform employer branding strategies. Analyze candidate feedback, survey data, and recruitment metrics to continuously improve branding and inclusive hiring efforts. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and inclusive hiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business objectives, and operational challenges. Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation. Act as a liaison between HR, business leaders, and candidates to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Leverage job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify high-quality candidates. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and present actionable insights to leadership. Promote Airgas and Air Liquide as an employer of choice by showcasing its values, culture, and opportunities in recruitment efforts. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback at every stage of the process. Represent and coordinate with internal teams to present the company at career fairs, community events, and industry conferences to attract top talent. Advocate for and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates inclusive of all geographies and experiences. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated experience in designing and managing inclusive hiring programs and/or employer branding initiatives. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in employer branding for the US, LATAM and Canada markets (preferred). Fluency in English required. Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Deep understanding of inclusive hiring principles and their application in Talent Acquisition. Strong understanding of employer branding principles, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition processes. Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing recruitment strategies across multiple divisions. Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and collaborating across multiple divisions. Proven success in driving measurable outcomes in hiring for inclusivity and/or employer branding within a complex organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative. Highly motivated, goal-driven, results-oriented, and team player. Expertise in content creation, storytelling, and campaign management across multiple platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software. Ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and anticipate future talent needs.
