Assembler

• Assemble and install framing components, trusses, doors, windows, cabinets, and trim according to blueprints and specifications
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and work orders
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet company's standards and local building codes
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, following all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed

• Must have previous carpentry experience, preferred direct experience in lumber
• Forklift experience is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or home assembly, with the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Skilled in using measuring tools, hand tools, and power equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently or in a team, with physical stamina for lifting and working outdoors.
• Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
