Hourly Pay Range:

$31.28 - $48.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Applications Analyst I - Epic MyChart
  • Location: 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL or 3040 Salt Creek Lane, Arlington Heights, IL
  • Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Hybrid Position: primarily remote after initial onsite period.
  • On call rotation

Job Summary:

As an Application Analyst I at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting an assigned application portfolio, including designing, documenting, implementing, and testing software or application solutions. A key focus is the efficient monitoring and management of issue resolution through timely ticket closure. You will also participate in implementation of new workflows and products in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to learn the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.

This position will support the ongoing maintenance and health of the three current Endeavor Health Patient Portals.

What you will do:

  • Assist in designing, documenting, implementing and testing software/application solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the timely resolution/closure of assigned tickets.
  • Participates in vendor calls on issues/upgrades.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Prepare documentation and reports related to projects following established procedures.
  • Participate in integrated workgroups/projects.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in relevant technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One (1) or more years of experience relevant to portfolio of responsibility in a healthcare setting
  • Without bachelor's degree, two (2) years of relevant IT experience or relevant end user experience.
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of customers.
  • Possess good verbal, written and customer service skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Uses logic and critical thinking to problem solve.
  • Understanding of analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and build upon knowledge to advance to more complex concepts.
  • Embraces a culture of continuous improvement
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
