Associates in Stout's Investment Banking Healthcare group play a key role in driving the execution of middle-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and special situation transactions. As integral contributors to the firm's M&A and Capital Markets advisory activities, Associates gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the transaction process by working closely with senior bankers and actively engaging in deal execution. This role offers Associates the opportunity to enhance their technical expertise, develop client relationships, and gain valuable exposure to transaction dynamics while collaborating with experienced professionals across the firm.
