    Enter orders from AS400 to HQ2.

    
    
  • 
    

    Manually key orders into AS400 for transfer to HQ2.

    
    
  • 
    

    Heavy data input and record maintenance.

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Order & Vehicle Management:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Verify vehicles for transport via phone and email.

    
    
  • 
    

    Contact repo agents, dealerships, body shops, and individual residences.

    
    
  • 
    

    Dispatch dealer units to carriers (Midwest region focus).

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Communication:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Respond promptly to email inquiries from multiple internal and external sources.

    
    
  • 
    

    Coordinate updates with clients, carriers, and auction partners.

    
    
  • 
    

    Act as liaison between auction facilities and transportation services.

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Account Management:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Serve as primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, including Ford, Honda and Mercedes.

    
    
  • 
    

    Maintain accurate tracking and status reports for assigned accounts.

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Meetings:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Participate in team and company meetings via Microsoft Teams.

    
    
  
  
  
  

• 
  

  Must be able to work East Coast business hours, regardless of location.

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  
  
• 
  

  Prior experience in vehicle transport, dispatch, or logistics is a plus.

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with AS400 systems is highly preferred.
