We are seeking a highly organized Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to lead and execute the delivery process at the project level. This role is responsible for the coordination of various stakeholders including procurement, transportation, shipping, CNS, and customs, ensuring timely and compliant movement of materials and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience working with SAP and customs clearance tools, as well as strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Coordination:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery processes based on project needs and directives from CNPM & PM.
Coordinate daily/weekly with all relevant stakeholders (procurement, transportation, CNS, customs) via Microsoft Teams, emails, and calls.
Track and report shipment statuses using the CTST List and ensure timely updates to management.
Receiving & Customs Documentation:
Manage incoming delivery documentation and verify against shipping details (e.g., material number, quantity, description).
Execute receiving processes by:
Pulling delivery data (A9B numbers, Sales Order numbers, part descriptions) from SAP.
Entering A9B data into the PGA tool for customs requirements.
Updating the Customs SharePoint Tracking Sheet (CSTS) with all relevant information.
Prioritize and ensure timely clearance of imported materials/tools/equipment for CNS operations.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Ensure proper acceptance, storage, commissioning, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain regular stock inventory and storage organization.
Accurately log incoming and outgoing items in data processing systems (SAP or equivalent).
Assemble and verify completeness of shipping and delivery documentation.
Handle transport within and, if required, outside premises using appropriate equipment.
Administrative Duties:
Operate standard software packages such as SAP for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Address routine internal inquiries related to logistics and documentation.
Provide full-service support in a focused logistics and administration role with defined inputs and outputs.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or project delivery coordination roles.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Familiarity with customs clearance processes and tools (PGA tool).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Local residency in Florida is required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in an engineering or construction project environment.
Understanding of CNS (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance) materials or similar technical domains.
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
