Ignite Digital Services is seeking a resultsoriented Data Analyst to turn Navy ERP data into actionable insights that improve readiness and financial stewardship across the Department of the Navy. You will develop, validate, and present analytics products-primarily in PowerBI-while collaborating with functional experts in finance, supply, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Modeling - Connect to and profile SAPbased NavyERP tables; transform data with SQL/M language; build star/snowflake models optimized for PowerBI.

Dashboard & Report Development - Design, iterate, and publish interactive PowerBI reports that meet DoN visualization standards and userexperience best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement - Gather requirements, run design reviews, and deliver briefings to government analysts, program managers, and senior leadership.

Data Quality & Governance - Perform rootcause analysis on data anomalies; document data lineage; support FedRAMP / DoD IL compliance controls.

Automation & Optimization - Implement incremental refresh, dataflows, and deployment pipelines; script repeatable dataprep tasks in PowerAutomate or Python where appropriate.

Continuous Improvement - Mentor junior analysts, contribute to COE playbooks, and stay current with Microsoft Fabric, NavyERP upgrades, and DoN data policies.

Minimum Qualifications
NavyERP Experience: 2+years extracting, interpreting, or reporting on SAP ECCbased NavyERP modules (e.g., FM, SD, MM, PM).

Certification: Active PL300: Microsoft PowerBI Data Analyst certification.

Analytics Proficiency: Proven ability to write complex DAX measures, develop efficient Power Query (M) transformations, and optimize model performance.

Security Clearance: ExistingSecret (or ability to obtain); U.S. citizenship required.

Education: Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field-or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DoD financial management, UIC hierarchy, or Navy Working Capital Fund reporting.

Familiarity with SAP BW extractors, CDS views, or Fiori analytics.

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Databricks for largescale data engineering.

Knowledge of RMF, NIST80053, and DoN Cybersecurity policies.

Strong storytelling skills and comfort briefing O4/GS14 and above.

Salary: 75k+ to align with education and experience.
