Job Summary:

Are you looking to join forces with a Marketing team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults?ArchWell Health is hiring a Marketing Regional Manager to help expand our brand presence in our Eastern markets. This role will prioritize and elevate marketing efforts that contribute to membership acquisition, community integration and key partnerships. This individual will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team, a highly collaborative and dynamic group of professionals. This colleague will also partner closely with the market growth leaders to help position the brand as the best choice for primary care for adults age 60+. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously while proactively engaging internal and external partners when appropriate. The ideal candidate will live in the Eastern side of the country near to one of the major metropolitan market areas of ArchWell Health in Cleveland, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Charlotte or Birmingham.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Facilitates pre-market launch (go-to-market) activities by working with the local markets to engage community partners
  • Coordinate and collaborate with ArchWell Health agency of record to review and advise on the local market's media plans that will effectively reach the targeted demographics
  • Work with local markets on additional media efforts that will leverage the ArchWell Health brand
  • Collaboration with the PR team to help identify key stakeholders in the media, along with business and civic leaders in ArchWell Health markets
  • Work closely with the local growth teams to ensure that they are equipped and ready when centers open to welcome new ArchWell Health members and reach growth goals
  • Understand and help educate market growth support on compliance requirements for all marketing activities and deliverables
  • Partners closely with the Marketing Director and growth team to ensure all hand-offs of leads acquired are responded to with increasing conversion rates
  • Provide input and guidance for activations and events that generate prospect awareness with an end goal of gaining new members
  • Collaborates with the full MARCOM team frequently to supply feedback, insights and discussion of support needed in the markets


  • Identify and support opportunities for community integration in each one of the assigned Eastern markets
  • Collaborate and identify additional cobranding opportunities with payer partners to increase the level of effectiveness in our business partnerships
  • Work with cross-functional partners when centers are not fulfilling goals that need additional shared services support.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the market teams to ensure all closely adhere to the ArchWell Health brand standards.
  • Closely monitormarket performance: Partner with agencies to research and identify opportunities for unique messaging or marketing strategies within each individual ArchWell Health market.
  • Work to identify the nuances of each prospect base in order to be most effective in meeting our potential members by messaging where they are most engaged


  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills to apply to business and market planning
  • Skilled at managing internal stakeholders' expectations and resolving any potential group conflict
  • Must be a collaborative team player with a proven ability to synergize with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strategize with the PR and content team to ensure healthy media coverage across all markets


  • Willingness to travel up to 20%



Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications preferred
  • Experience in territory management
  • Strong communications and management skills
  • Previous experience working with marketing vendors or agency partners
  • Experience with a diverse marketing channel approach (digital, print, mass media, etc.) in healthcare, either payor or provider setting
  • Demonstrated experience with successful pipeline marketing
  • Experience building brand awareness and marketing capabilities for a new service entry across a wide variety of markets
  • B2C and B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience reviewing and helping oversee budgets
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Hubspot and Airtable
  • Experience with Medicare marketing and advertising compliance preferred
  • Understands the critical nature of maintaining strong brand equity on a national scale
