The Opportunity The Director of Strategic Assessment and Marketing serves as the chief assessment and data strategist for the Division of Student Affairs, while also leading the division's integrated marketing and communications strategy. This role is instrumental in supporting evidence-based decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across the division. The Director oversees divisional assessment efforts, ensures compliance with institutional and accreditation-related reporting, and provides data-driven insights to Student Affairs leadership. Simultaneously, this position manages branding, marketing, and communication initiatives that promote student engagement, retention, and overall success. This is a highly collaborative role that serves as a key liaison between Student Affairs and partners including Institutional Research, Enrollment Services, Student Support Services, and external stakeholders.
