As a Facilities Services Administrator with Banner Bank you will administer and coordinate the facilities services provided to business partners and the systems related to the workflow of those services. Oversee the administration of the facilities department work order system.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Responsible for dispatching routine requests as needed and monitoring work flow requests. Serve as the administrator of the systems and assists users.
  • Administer the vendor management system for the facilities department and coordinate with team members and vendors to remain current with data for both critical and noncritical vendors.
  • Responsible for managing the off-site corporate records program of the Bank. Monitor record retention and destruction. Assist partners with coordinating the sending the retrieval of records.
  • Maintain property folders, blueprints, and design boards. Ensure updates are made with acquired or sold properties.
  • Supervise administrative assistants and facilities coordinators, as needed.
  • Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Education & Certifications
  • Associate's Degree: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply management or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process or team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret market prices and trends applicable to procurement. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to facilities and bank operations.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Targeted starting hourly range (based on experience): $$24.19 - $28.46
