What You'll Do:
- Research markets, technologies, and companies to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and business leaders to identify growth areas and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships.
- Build financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
- Conduct due diligence and support deal execution alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior executives with clarity and confidence.
- Help track post-deal performance and contribute to integration success.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in corporate development, consulting, product management, or investment banking.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; fluent in interpreting financial statements.
- Clear, confident communicator-comfortable presenting to executives and influencing cross-functionally.
- Quick learner with a technical mindset; able to collaborate with experts on complex topics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; skilled at crafting data-driven presentations.
- Business-savvy, adaptable, and proactive-comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Curious and growth-oriented, with a strong interest in PTC's products and industry trends.
