We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our clinic, department, or program in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.
Schedule: Full-time; 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: * Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy * Answer, screen, and route telephone calls * Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, and distributing mail * Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records * Assemble and maintain patient charts * Support providers with software and program assistance * Maintain office inventory and coordinate supply orders * Ensure office equipment is functional and request maintenance as needed * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members * Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED (or 10 years of relevant work experience) * Minimum 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Typing speed of at least 35 WPM Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Epic or other healthcare software * Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting Why Join Us? * Be part of a compassionate and collaborative team * Gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry * Opportunities for growth and development * Supportive work environment with structured training Apply today to join a team that's committed to delivering exceptional care and service! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
