SHIFT: Day (United States of America)Lead a full portfolio of analytics-related projects for specific domains, including Pharmacy and Transplant, to develop data-driven insights that support decision making and drive real and measurable results. Work with data consumers at all levels to gather, analyze, and identify business requirements. Build powerful, user-friendly analytics solutions, visualizations, and reporting content driven by robust data infrastructure which promotes scalability, re-use, and reproducibility of data. Develop end-to-end technical architecture to include data input solutions, data governance processes, enterprise data management, and the analysis and presentation of complex data. Define and develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze trends in data, identify business drivers, and make recommendations to departmental leaders to support strategic decision-making. Work with various development teams to design and test new business intelligence and data analytics solutions. Lead team activities, identify project resource needs, facilitate prioritization of work, and serve as key point of contact on assigned projects. Develop and provide technical leadership to the team, and mentor junior analysts. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree deemed to be the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor's degree) in Health Informatics or a related field and 6 years of data analytics experience, or alternatively, a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in same and 4 years of data analytics experience. Experience must include conducting report management and data modeling, including analysis and visualization, for Pharmacy and other clinical modules, and using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, R Studio, and SAP Business Objects.
