We are a highly skilled and collaborative team specializing in the development of Intelligent Voice Response (IVR) systems that enhance customer service through advanced automation and natural language technologies. Our work combines expertise in Natural Language Understanding and voice interface design to create scalable solutions that deliver efficient and intuitive user experiences. As part of our team, you will contribute to meaningful innovations that shape how businesses communicate with their customers. We value technical excellence, creative problem-solving, and a shared commitment to building systems that make a real impact.

What you'll own

  • Design and implement IVR applications using modern cloud-based platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

  • Integrate IVR systems with backend services and databases to ensure seamless functionality.

  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle-from planning and development to deployment and maintenance.

  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain high availability and performance.

  • Work closely with architects to ensure 99%+ system uptime.

  • Continuously improve call flows and user experience through data-driven insights.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in IVR development and Java programming.

  • Hands-on experience with IVR platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP, CTI).

  • 5+ years of experience in API development and/or backend integration.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • 4+ years of experience in RDBMS technologies like Postgresql, MySQL, MS SQL etc.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.

  • Exposure to speech recognition and natural language IVR technologies.

  • Experience in B2B Fintech industry
