Get to know Okta The Business Technology Team The Business Technology (BT) team at Okta is the internal IT organization responsible for the technology infrastructure, applications, and services that empower Okta employees globally. We partner across the business to deliver solutions that drive productivity, collaboration, and innovation. Effective financial management and operational discipline are critical to our success in enabling Okta's rapid growth and ensuring we operate efficiently. AV Operations and Events This position involves managing and supporting AV events, hybrid and onsite in Okta's Washington DC , New York offices, and occasionally the Chicago office. Primarily supporting regional virtual, hybrid, and local office in-person meetings & events. It also includes supporting up to marquee off-site events such as Oktane, Company Kickoffs, etc., and addressing escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 event support questions and issues within the defined scope of services. Additionally, the role entails input on training and documentation to assist team members and end users. The individual will also support daily tasks, projects, or programs to enhance and improve Audiovisual (AV) and Workplace Technology systems (hardware & applications) The job duties primarily focus on events, accounting for approximately 60% of the workload, while the remaining 40% is dedicated to projects, break/ fix tasks, and office support. What you'll bring to the role
Associate's Degree preferred in CS, NW, Audiovisual, MIS, related technical degree or equivalent 1 - 3+ years of relevant experience

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
