The Role:

As an integral force within our Family Healthcare Center operations, you will assist clinic management in leading, directing, and administering crucial functions to ensure the achievement of our strategic goals. Working with minimal supervision, you'll partner with our dedicated teams to drive excellence across all aspects of clinic operations.

What You'll Do:



  • Operational Excellence Architect: Direct, supervise, and coordinate essential functions and activities across clinics, including accounting, materials management, human resources, data processing, maintenance, and support services.
  • Talent Development Champion: Play a pivotal role in the selection, employment, development, and management of employees, ensuring robust clinic personnel policies and practices.
  • Quality Advocate: Promote the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality care services in collaboration with medical and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Problem-Solver and Innovator: Analyze operational challenges and policies, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance clinic efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Steward: Assist in budget preparation and execution, providing funding recommendations based on comprehensive knowledge of policies, costs, and operational procedures.
  • Facilities Visionary: Recommend clinic facility improvements, including construction, renovation, and equipment acquisitions, to bolster clinic capabilities.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Interpret center and departmental policies, objectives, and operational procedures to staff, and resolve issues related to staffing, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Representative and Liaison: Represent the clinic at public and professional meetings and conferences, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and enhancing clinic visibility.
  • Community Connector: Participate actively in clinic communication and public relations programs, strengthening community ties.
  • Committee Coordinator: Facilitate clinic committees, including physician advisory committees, ensuring collaboration and alignment with clinic goals.
  • Professional Development Advocate: Maintain professional affiliations and pursue ongoing professional development to stay abreast of healthcare administration trends.


What You'll Bring:



  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration, providing a solid grounding in healthcare operations.
  • Experience and Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in health administration, including 2 years in a clinical environment, showcasing your capability in managing healthcare operations.
  • Driving Competency: Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%, with overnight stays possible, using your personal vehicle. Compliance with state laws and requirements for driving is mandatory.
  • Operational Knowledge: A deep understanding of healthcare administration, clinic philosophies, policies, operating procedures, fiscal management systems, and human resource management practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computer systems and applications to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Skills and Abilities: Exceptional initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, board, clients, regulators, and the public.
  • Analytical and Reporting Capabilities: Expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex data, preparing comprehensive reports, and monitoring quality standards.
  • Communication Mastery: Strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility: Availability for evening and weekend work as required to meet operational needs.
