- Collaborative Innovator: Engage with leaders across PSJH, HR, Shared Services, and Centers of Expertise to boost business performance through enhanced attraction, recruitment, and onboarding coordination.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure stellar attraction, recruitment, and onboarding experiences in your assigned area, maintaining the highest quality of Talent Acquisition service delivery through collaboration and strategic partnerships.
- Continuous Improvement Leader: Cultivate an environment of ongoing improvement, leading, mentoring, and developing your team to surpass expectations.
What You'll Bring:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Licensure and Experience: PHR or SPHR certification preferred upon hire.
- Extensive Leadership Experience: 10+ years of leading HR or Talent Acquisition functions, crafting strategies, consulting executives, and improving HR and TA service delivery.
- Project Leadership: 5+ years of leading complex projects aligned with organizational strategies, ideally in medium to large companies with multi-location and multi-line operations.
- Strategic Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in creating and executing recruitment strategies that build talent pipelines and meet hiring goals through data-driven workforce planning, marketing, sourcing, and selection.
- Leadership Mastery: 10+ years of leadership and supervisory experience and 10+ years Talent Solutions Expertise with broad experience across multiple talent areas of discipline from process improvement, marketing, technology, data and recruiting.
- Talent Solutions Guru: Comprehensive expertise across multiple talent disciplines, including process improvement, marketing, technology, and data-driven recruiting.
