Position Summary We are seeking an administrative and customer service professional who will support the management and leasing at East Village Apartments in the Elliot Park neighborhood of South Minneapolis, MN. The Assistant Site Manager is a business leader who plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and long-term success of a multi-million-dollar apartment community. Working closely with the Property Manager, this position assists with leasing activities, renewals, rent collection, financial reporting, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance and procurement of supplies. In collaboration with the maintenance team, the Assistant Property Manager also helps ensure the physical condition of the property is well-maintained. Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in meeting the property's operational and financial goals. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. Skills & Qualifications This person is a detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing rules and regulations. They are capable of organizing information from multiple sources and building strong relationships with staff and residents to ensure compliance across various housing programs.
Compensation, Hours & Location The pay range for this position is $22-$26/hr depending on experience and skillset. Aeon offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plan, generous paid time off and an employee assistance program. This full-time position follows a Monday - Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities. This is an in-person role based at the property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
