Overview
The Accounts Receivable Credit Specialist is responsible for reviewing all insurance and patient credit balances and determine whether a refund, a transfer, a reversal or correction of a contractual allowance may be warranted. Identify trends and the root cause for the credits and work with appropriate parties to minimize refunds. Responsibilities
