Business Analyst

AMSOIL is currently seeking a Business Analyst.

The Business Analyst - CRM Specialist is responsible for working with stakeholders to define, analyze and document the CRM software and process flow requirements for enhancements as well as identify opportunities for new and/or improved functionality and processes while building trusted relationships with internal clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the Corporate Office located in Superior, Wisconsin.

Core Responsibilities:

• Implementing, analyzing enhancing, modifying and testing the CRM application to meet business requirements in the areas related to sales, operations, finance and other functional areas.
• Continuously improving business processes and performance.
• Analyze the system and processes to define alternative solutions and functional specifications to solve system related issues.
• Work with users to support the CRM business applications and investigate operation problems or system requirements.
• Provide the primary analysis to recommend modifications to external software packages or processes to meet business requirements.
• Provide support and maintenance to the existing CRM system.
• This position will not be limited to the CRM and can include other systems such as our ERP - EnterpriseOne (JDEdwards) and MS Click Dimensions.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field
• In-depth experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems; EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) preferred
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws such as Payment Card Industry Standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Strong understanding and ability to demonstrate project management skills
• Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into system, issues and products as required.
• Demonstrate good analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to internal system issues and third-party applications as required.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• High level of business insight along with process and business application knowledge
• Logical and efficient.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven success working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
