Much Ado Catering is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our Culinary Team. This position is responsible for daily culinary operations for Much Ado Catering. The Sous Chef plays a hands-on leadership role ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, safety, sanitation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to high-quality food and outstanding hospitality. Much Ado Catering is the Catering Department under Davidson Dining Services. This is a 12-month Full Time Benefited Position. During the academic year, our dining locations operate seven days a week serving three meals a day for the students, guests, staff, and faculty of Davidson College. This position is a part of the Davidson Dining Services Department and may require cross departmental assistance in another dining location outside of catering. Key Responsibilities:
