• Assemble roof and floor trusses using jigs, nail guns, and other tools

• Read and accurately build from engineered blueprints

• Maintain focus on quality, accuracy, and safety

• Work with a motivated team to meet production goals

• Truss, framing, or construction experience preferred

• Proficient in reading tape measures and using power tools

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Tienes experiencia como constructor de cerchas o carpintero estructural? Unete al equipo de Produccion de Cerchas en Bakersfield, CA. Valoramos tu talento, premiamos tu esfuerzo y ofrecemos oportunidades reales de crecimiento.

• Ensamblar cerchas para techos y pisos usando plantillas, pistolas de clavos y otras herramientas

• Leer y construir segun planos tecnicos con precision

• Mantener altos estandares de calidad, seguridad y exactitud

• Trabajar con un equipo comprometido para cumplir metas de produccion

• Experiencia en cerchas, estructuras de madera o construccion (preferible)

• Manejar bien la cinta metrica y herramientas electricas

• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y estar de pie largos periodos

• Ser puntual, detallista y buen companero de equipo

Position plates properly.

Operate gantry.

Verify lumber accuracy with sheets.

Verify truss set up is accurate.

Perform daily operator maintenance.

Maintain 100% crew efficiency.

Mark individual trusses when required.

Train Builder Associates.

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
