Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a Senior Manager, Commodity to join our Procurement team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and strategic sourcing of commodities used by our Cooperative. Your focus will be on developing and executing commodity strategies, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted supply, manage risks, and achieve cost savings. Additionally, you will manage supplier relationships, maintain adherence to specification requirements, and manage the Commodity team.A Day in the Life... * Build and execute procurement strategy for ingredient materials by performing rigorous, fact-based analysis of sourcing options by commodity including criticality of product to OSC; supply market complexity; cost structures and cost drivers; supply chain analysis; total system costs and other financial analysis; industry leverage points, contract negotiation; and supplier management. What We Are Looking For: * Affiliations with ISM (Institute of Supply Mgmt.), APICS (Educational Society for Resource Management) or IFT (Institute of Food Technology) Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)Work Experience: At least 7 Years of ExperienceBenefits:
