The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager is responsible for turning strategic direction into action and effective scaling of sales strategies across the sales organization. S/he will work as part of the Sales Strategy and Sales Business Office to support complex efforts across multiple functions and business units to drive business efficiency and sales productivity. Duties include engaging with sales teams and sales leaders to identify needs and enable sales, driving efficiencies and discipline to minimize errors and provide timely responses across the organization. This role will bring a strong blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and execution discipline to advance high-priority initiatives that enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and support strategic sales growth. Join the Cox family of businesses and make your mark today! USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
