Job Title: Program Manager

Duties: American Precision Industries, Inc. (dba Portescap) seeks a Program Manager reporting to headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania to conduct mechanical engineering product design and development. Facilitate electric medical motor design and development. Support production and manufacturing of miniature motors, including guiding operations to address revenue and profitability growth objectives for Slotted BLDC Motor Products. Develop and expand operational capabilities for miniature motor (8mm-40mm diameter) technologies, including brushed DC motors and brushless slotted DC motors with autoclavable capability. Support mechanical engineering product development projects involving product lifecycle management, capacity expansion, and consolidation across different locations. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement. Implement continuous improvement initiatives. Travel to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States up to 15% of time. Annual salary: $134,181 - $163,100 / year.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus five progressive years of mechanical engineering experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Facilitating electric medical motor design and development; 2. Supporting production and manufacturing of miniature motors, including guiding operations to address revenue and profitability growth objectives for Slotted BLDC Motor Products; 3. Developing and expanding operational capabilities for miniature motor (8mm-40mm diameter) technologies, including brushed DC motors and brushless slotted DC motors with autoclavable capability; 4. Developing and implementing detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies; and 5. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
