Position Title: Production Worker - Laborer
Wage: $19.45 per hour Shift: 1st QPS Employment Group has a great Production Worker position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Load and unload rims from hooks and lines. - Move various products using hands, arms, and core body strength. - Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Production Worker Requirements: - Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. consistently throughout shift. - Stand for 8-12 hours per shift. - Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials while frequently bending, stooping, twisting, and kneeling. - Work in a loud, hot environment. - Painters must wear a Tyvek suit, respirator, and gloves throughout the shift. - Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. - Ability to read blueprints. - Ability to follow safety protocols and directions from supervisors. - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and self-motivation. - Good communication and analytical skills. quincy@qpsemployment.com IND118 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
