Do you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where precision matters? Staffmark is partnering with a leading metal heat-treating company in Warsaw, IN, to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Load Builder. If
you're looking to grow your skills and build a long-term career, this is your opportunity!

Shift Details:



  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (may extend to 2:00 PM during 9-hour shifts)
  • Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
  • Overtime: As needed



What You'll Do:



  • Unpack orthopedic and aerospace parts
  • Load parts onto racks and into heat treat baskets following exact procedures
  • Perform repetitive lifting and ensure part quality during handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Collaborate with your team to meet production goals



What You'll Need:



  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
