In this role, you will:
*Plan and manage multiple large sized projects of moderate to high complexity
*Ensure that project results meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives
*Identify and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects
*Develop detailed project plans
*Develop project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and enduring technical feasibility
*Utilize approved change control processes to manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget
*Measure project performance and provide status updates/reports
*Perform risk analysis and management to keep projects on track
*Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
*Ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives with little to no supervision
*Provide mentoring and guidance to junior members of the team and IT leads managing projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI certification
  • ITIL certification

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or closely related field
  • A minimum of 5 years IT management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects
  • Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
  • Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations
  • Self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment, many times working under tight delivery schedules
  • Engineering and/or Construction background a plus
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
