Department OverviewIn this role, you will lead the effort in developing and growing Avtec's services offerings revenue. You bring drive and focus to help gain, retain, and expand ScoutCare contracts and other Avtec services. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, your key success factors, responsibilities, and skills required will include the following: Job Description

The Avtec ICAM role will need the ability to establish strong business relationships at all levels of the partner or customers organization with the express desire of becoming their trusted business adviser. This individual will also be skilled and proficient in our internal sales enablement and development tools.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for ScoutCare Renewals and Captures

  • Drive an increase and focus on point of sales ScoutCare with the sales team (Both Avtec and MSI)

  • Work closely with field sales to strategize, propose, negotiate, and win large enterprise deals with a-focus on multi-year contracts

  • Create and iImplement programs, spiffs, and campaigns to drive sales within all verticals within Avtec & MSI

  • Develop and nurture business relationships to promote Avtec products and capabilities to new customers in targeted markets.

  • Provide forecasts and reports on key performance indicators and targets to the Director of Account Management

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of quotes

  • Be willing to travel on occasion to key accounts and opportunities

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and training to educate customers and resellers on the value of ScoutCare

Specific Knowledge and Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable interacting with individuals and diverse groups of people in business and social settings

  • A track record of successfully generating income through the development of new business relationships

  • Demonstrable ability to deliver to targets and deadlines

  • Ability to research prospective leads to identify potential for commercial engagement

  • Passionate about bringing new ideas and a creative approach to the Avtecmaintenance program

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including efficient and effective record and data management and with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions to issues when they arise

  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and achieve results under pressure, working to tight time constraints and managing conflicting priorities.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated and committed, with the ability to work effectively in a group and use own initiative when undertaking work individually

  • Flexible with the ability to solve problems, to put in the time necessary to do the job, to make decisions and to accept responsibility

  • Customer-focused and committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
