Department OverviewThis team is responsible for ensuring that North America Enterprise Software, Mobile Video and Strategic Accounts. product offers are market-connected and aligned to the needs of target customers - while supporting overall business and sales strategies. This role will be responsible for understanding product overlaps or gaps across the entire portfolio from a GTM perspective, ensuring that roadmaps are tracked and that future features/functionalities are prioritized according to the needs of the market. This role will also lead efforts to develop and execute impactful initiatives to help drive sales objectives, by developing new sales approaches, enablement material and various programs to help drive the business and better position Enterprise Software, Mobile Video and Strategic Accounts.

Success in this role will translate into tight alignment between the Product Management team and the overall sales strategy, as well as growth in business performance resulting from deployed programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes product requirement priorities across the Enterprise Software, Mobile Video and Strategic Accounts portfolio based on market conditions, voice of the customer (VoC) and sales input
  • Coordinates and aligns product and/or feature roadmaps with the Product Management teams
  • Leads development and execution of strategic or tactical initiatives and programs to drive growth across the Enterprise Software, Mobile Video and Strategic Accounts North America business (enablement, incentives, campaigns, training, other)
  • Is responsible for sales ramp of new products by driving sales engagement with key customers and partners.
  • Serves as subject matter expert and spokesperson for new product launches.
  • Analyzes business opportunities and trends to grow the Enterprise Software, Mobile Video and Strategic Accounts MSI offer both organically and inorganically; provides input to influence and define future product portfolio strategy for North America
  • Tracks product performance by business segment, industry and GTM channel; implements response actions based on ongoing metrics
  • Works closely with product and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and introductions
  • Supports product beta testing plans in coordination with the product and sales teams
  • Maintains a pulse of competitive landscape and overall market trends to define market leading solutions
  • Provides early visibility to downstream teams of upcoming products to help with capacity planning, channel enablement and prioritization
  • Provides support during product development stages by helping make trade offs involving features, schedules, cost, pricing, solution positioning, and lifecycle management
  • Works cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, marketing and many other organizations to ensure that the overall strategy for each new offer can be executed as effectively as possible
