  • Experience in managing large scale infrastructure support and cloud operations engagement.
  • Own the relationship with customer, Managing the customer Governance
  • Demonstrate independent and creative in approach to problems and issues
  • Provides day to day direction to the team members and manage the infrastructure operations and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge and technologies
  • Works with the Technology partner to deliver effective communications and manages relationships with key stakeholders at executive and direct reports' levels across the Client base and technical community, ensuring continued buy-in to the Platform Deliveries
  • Owns and drives the project planning framework, ensuring that plans are developed and tracked to appropriate standards, are integrated effectively across all work-streams, are unambiguous and achievable, and that dependencies are clearly understood and managed
  • Manage and lead a team of service delivery professionals in restoring service and service management process, tasks
  • Operating in offshore / onshore model in 24x7 support model
  • Maintain P&L of the account.
  • Participating in developing a strategic vision for the client
  • Manage service improvement initiatives and activities to ensure optimal service execution
  • Handing customer escalations effectively and providing the directions to the team.
  • Stays informed on the latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, and relevant existing and emerging technologies that may impact present and future account performance
  • Recognizes potential conflicts, exposes disagreements, and helps resolve issues/problems
  • Takes actions and/or switches to alternate strategies to achieve goals
  • Extended workday hours may be required to complete deliverables
  • Displays tenacity for getting things accomplished with the appropriate level of guidance and sense of urgency
  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership
  • Ability to balance strategic objectives with practical execution that provides business driven benefits for consumers

  • Expertise in running transformation programs like AI
  • Understanding datacenter technologies

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
