JOB SUMMARY
Oversee operations of meetings or program sessions with staff across hospitals and clinics as the Clinical Program Coordinator - Specialist. Collect, compile, display, and analyze process data; evaluate the effectiveness of programs and processes in identifying and resolving issues. Work closely with senior leadership, physicians, managers, and staff to plan, organize, direct, execute, and/or facilitate programs related to areas of expertise. Ensure assigned programs remain intact and aligned with the organizational mission and strategic plan.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job Duties
Leads all work required to develop, cultivate, and maintain working relationships with internal/external departments and other organizations associated with and/or receiving benefit from the program(s).
Maintain and oversee all required documentation of sessions and follow up of work with leadership.
Recruit and onboard new staff from across the system to participate in program-related sessions.
Oversight and preparation of all communications in regard to the program(s), working with PR/Marketing, maintain website, emails, councils, and committees reporting.
Ability to ask questions, take initiative to streamline processes, procedures, and practices.
A strong customer service orientation and teamwork ethic are essential for interactions with all staff.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal communications, ability to negotiate with peers as well as supervisors.
Collaborates with leaders to develop projects; participates in initiatives to share and learn with a variety of audiences.
Plans and coordinates sessions with department/unit leadership and team facilitators, including team meetings and training sessions.
Serves as a session or meeting facilitator as needed.
Ability to provide feedback in a positive yet assertive way.
Ability to make decisions within scope of position and work with minimal supervision.
Works closely with team leadership to establish and maintain program goals and objectives.
Oversees program evaluation and quality control activities; presents data and program information.
Presents/represents the program and program updates in group settings.
Remains current on relevant topics and opportunities to expand and/or improve the program.
Develop and implement educational programs and tools to support staff.
Utilize AIDET to lead outreach efforts for groups and individuals within the health system.
Facilitate referrals and provide program(s) services to promote the highest quality of care.
Performs other duties as assigned.

3 years related clinical experience
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, leadership, ethics, wellness, and/or program coordination.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Has deep understanding of subject matter in area(s) of expertise.
Work requires computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, email, database and contact management software, and browser-based workflow applications.
Very strong organizational skills, ability to re-prioritize quickly, and handle multiple complex assignments.
Work requires the ability to ensure adherence to and effectively interpret and apply organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
Work requires the ability to build consensus and gain agreement among various interest-holders.
Work requires proven customer service, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills.
