As Regional Counsel you must be able to address a wide range of transactional and commercial matters that affect day-to-day business operations, including drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts, advising on business strategy, collaborating with internal and external attorneys and offering general legal support to the business. You will have strong experience in commercial contracts, be well-organized, able to prioritize effectively, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. A commitment to delivering high-quality results and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. This role is a unique opportunity in a multinational corporate legal organization to: 1) work independently day-to-day with multiple business units and related support functions, while under the mentorship and guidance of the VP & Assistant General Counsel and Americas Regional General Counsel; 2) enable the company's strategy and operations by providing practical, solution-oriented approaches to a broad range of complex legal issues and risks; and 3) build experience that demonstrates business acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal solutions.
