Acara Solutions is Seeking a Account Manager for our client in Alpharetta, GA
This is a remote Temporary role. Pay rate is: $38.46 p/hr.
The Account Manager will be representing our client a leader in the Dental Industry and its broad range of
service contracts with a targeted focus. This qualified candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets and creating incremental opportunities within their territories. The primary objectives of the position are to enroll customers in service contracts, sell products over the phone, and generate leads for the Strategic Account Managers. The Account Manager will build strong relationships with their customer base through a regular cadence of communication to ensure that they stay on their service contracts. Additionally, this individual will work closely with Strategic Account Managers to uncover new opportunities to increase sales across the growing Special Market segments. The Account Manager will be the go-to-person for their customers and will act as their liaison to the right internal partners to quickly resolve any issues they may have.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow the service contract business in the territory by enrolling new customers in service contracts and by ensuring current customers renew their contracts
- Prepare, present, and negotiate service contract proposals to Corporate and Institution decision makers.
- Reviews & process purchase requisitions
- Maintain timely control of vendor application files, contract amendments & other documents to ensure accurate and timely process of service contracts
- Generate leads through a regular cadence of contact with the customer base. Pass those leads to the Strategic sales team when appropriate
- Be the customers' trusted partner and go-to-person for product and service needs
- Quickly resolve or facilitate the resolution of customer escalations
- Work closely with internal and external partners to provide excellent service to customers and capitalize on selling opportunities. Partners include the Strategic Sales teams, our dealer partners, Customer Service, Technical Support, New Owner Support, Clinical Training, and Field Service
- Leverage systems such as Dynamics and SAP to effectively manage Service Contracts
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and dealers
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

- Duration: 3-month CONTRACT (Fully Remote)
- Shift: 1st , M - F, 5/8s
- Hours/Days 8 a.m. to 5 p.m./ 7am to 4 pm EST (must be willing to work EST as client in GA)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1 year of experience with manufacture warranties and extended warranties
- 1 year of experience in a sales/account management role
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- 3 + years building long-term relationships with account base over the phone
- 1+ year customer/tech service experience
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
