Trimble is looking for a Program Manager to join its Platform Team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Trimble Inc. office in Westminster, CO.

Our team is building the platform fueling Trimble's data transformation. We take a cloud-first approach to delivering customer-centric experiences and platform web services that are used by Trimble product teams and partners. This Program Manager role is critical in supporting Trimble's connected data strategy.

Program managers are responsible for ensuring the success of the program for our teams and internal and external stakeholders. As a program manager, you'll be a vital part of the team and responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of programs. This role will lead and empower your teams to be transparent and work collaboratively to meet their objectives.

Role Objectives

  • Ensuring effective and timely communication with program stakeholders at the appropriate level of frequency and formality.

  • Prioritize and manage key stakeholder requirements, ensuring program goals and objectives are aligned.

  • Develops and maintains program plan(s) and timelines, encouraging an adaptive approach to product planning and implementation.

  • Monitoring and communicating progress against program and increment plans.

  • Managing risk and any issues as they arise. Escalating from the team(s), collaborating with senior business and/or technical roles as required to ensure resolution.

  • Attend standup and scrum meetings to keep an updated understanding of progress and issues.

  • Communicate and ensure that any critical external issues the team(s) must be aware of are brought to their attention.

  • Lead cross-Cloud collaboration to ensure product workstreams are in alignment.

  • Must be able to change context regularly between conceptual enterprise strategy and in-depth implementation details.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to formalize technical documentation and notification processes, contributing to clear communication and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience for Success

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of program management experience.

  • Experience or interest in identity, account, and access management practices is preferred.

  • Knowledge of applying Agile to program management is preferred.

  • Interest in managing multiple teams using creative problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to be flexible, learn quickly, and be productive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

  • Humility-willingness to ask questions when you don't know.

  • Integrity-the courage to speak up when something doesn't seem right for the business, our customers, or individuals.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
