Job Title: Quality Reviewer - Remote (Contract)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Reviewer on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing documentation to ensure data accuracy and quality before it is sent to external stakeholders. This role supports healthcare-related operations and requires a strong eye for detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred

  
  
• 
  

  2+ years of experience in administrative support, quality assurance, or healthcare documentation preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with insurance benefit verification or healthcare data is a plus

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and navigating web-based platforms
