What you'll do

We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute conversion-focused marketing strategies with a special focus on re-imagining our promotions program. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the discount promotion program for our self-serve business and developing new promotion levers (both monetary and non monetary) in close collaboration with the Product Growth and Analytics teams with a goal of driving incremental growth in New Customer revenue.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies focused on converting free and trial customers, enhancing customer engagement, and driving customer lifetime value
  • Manage the discount promotion program for the self-serve business and develop new promotion levers aimed at product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and conversion
  • Develop and execute email and in-product messaging campaigns that drive user adoption, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with analytics to refine segmentation for promotions programs and develop experimentation plan to test different segmentation approaches
  • Provide strategic input during planning sessions, shape initiatives, and work effectively with marketing, product, and regional teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Design and execute A/B tests across email, in-product, and other channels
  • Support the experimentation roadmap for digital experiences and document learnings to inform future conversion strategies
  • Track key metrics, build requirements for new dashboards, and conduct cohort analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and identify patterns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Contribute to quarterly conversion OKRs and testing roadmaps, ensure accountability for results, and partner with analysts and data scientists to deliver stakeholder recommendations that connect insights to business objectives

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or product growth roles
  • Experience with acquisition and retention marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer lifetime value
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation with a history of arriving at conclusive results

Preferred

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment and/or ecommerce
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret customer engagement and conversion data, extract actionable insights, and apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to inform marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with integrated multi-channel marketing approaches (email, digital, in-product), conversion marketing best practices, and SaaS industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, work with loosely defined requirements, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation capabilities for translating complex data analysis into clear recommendations and insights for stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (AiQ, Iterable), and advanced spreadsheet modeling capabilities including complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Self sufficiency with data analysis using Tableau and/or SQL

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary

Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary

Washington DC: $101,500.00 - $139,525.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
