What You'll Do Lead with Purpose: Inspire and guide Merchandising Presentation leaders and teams to deliver visually compelling, customer-centric merchandising solutions. Own Execution: Drive the planning and rollout of space planning, planograms, and assortment strategies that align with business goals. Innovate & Elevate: Champion fresh ideas and creative approaches to product presentation - bringing every aisle and display to life. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global and Regional stakeholders, including purchasing and analytics, to execute holistic, forward-thinking merchandising strategies. Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee process improvements, data integrity, reporting tools, and catalog development to increase team productivity and efficiency. Who You Are A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can turn complex challenges into practical solutions. A skilled leader who motivates and develops diverse teams. Passionate about retail innovation, customer experience, and visual storytelling. Collaborative, curious, and data-savvy - with a track record of delivering measurable results. What You Bring 6-8 years of relevant merchandising/retail experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education). 2-4 years of proven leadership experience, with a focus on team development and cross-functional execution. Deep understanding of space planning, planogramming, and merchandising systems. Ability to think strategically and translate big-picture goals into actionable, team-driven plans. Experience influencing across functions, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The wage range for this position is $111,819.00-$190,092.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
