Senior EDI and Supplier Master Data Analyst

Whole Foods Market is hiring a Senior EDI and Supplier Master Data Analyst to manage and optimize our EDI systems and support supplier master data processes. This role ensures accurate, efficient data transmission with trading partners, maintains EDI mappings, resolves integration issues, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors. The analyst will also help maintain the integrity of supplier financial records, support onboarding, ensure data compliance, and contribute to process improvements.This position is located in Austin, TX with the expectation of being onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily EDI transactions and resolve any transmission issues
  • Configure, test, and maintain EDI interfaces and mappings
  • Collaborate with trading partners to establish new EDI connections
  • Troubleshoot EDI-related problems and implement solutions
  • Support internal teams with EDI-related queries and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and protocols
  • Perform regular data quality audits and cleansing activities
  • Collaborate with procurement, compliance, technology teams and other stakeholders
  • Generate reports and analytics on supplier data metrics
  • Analyze supplier data to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive payment term alignment initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in EDI implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems
  • Experience with EDI translation software
  • Understanding of business processes and system integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
The wage range for this position is $77,111.00-$131,089.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
