Position Overview As aHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be based inSalt Lake Cityand supportmultiple business units and locations within the Space and Defense Group's global footprint. You will proactively identify, define, and implement HR strategies that enable the business to increase performance and achieve strategic goals. You will partner closely with the Strategic HRBP and business leaders, contributing to decision-making beyond HR and helping shape the future of the organization. You will report directly to aStrategic HRBP for the Defense Division based in East Aurora, NY, and serve as a key member of the business management team. Key Responsibilities

Salary Range Transparency: Salt Lake City, UT $130,000.00-$160,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
