In this role, the Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, delivering, maintaining, and measuring professional and organizational development programs that enhance individual and organizational capabilities to achieve strategic business objectives. This individual will interact with talent across our entire organization at multiple levels. The Learning & Talent Specialist will have a thirst to stay current with industry practices and demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI [425 Better Way, Appleton, WI 54915]. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
