THE JOB:
Step into the spotlight as a Casino Cage Cashier, where every transaction is a chance to make someone's day. You'll be the go-to expert for guests exchanging cash, chips, and more-delivering seamless service and unforgettable moments they'll take with them long after the game ends.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Perform front line entry level transactions, chip bank transactions, poker transactions, cage credit transactions, and employee bank/window transactions; perform functions in marker/IOU bank, cash bank, main bank, and High Limit Slot or High Limit Table (Baccarat) cages; may also service patron Kiosk/TRU units and employee Recycler/Jet Safe units.

  • Cash all types of checks for patrons within the specified guidelines; redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in/ticket out), and Race and Sports tickets; conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts; redeem all acceptable types of foreign currencies.

  • Secure and document all recordable transactions made with company assets; record all checks cashed in the specified computer system; complete electronic multiple transaction logs accurately and manually when necessary; balance bank at end of shift.

  • Assist patrons with general information upon request; issue or surrender safety deposit boxes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Brings over a year of experience in high-volume, cash-handling guest service roles.

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

$19.13 This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
