DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will be responsible for managing records within the business management division at the Southcentral Regional Office. Your primary task will involve scanning records and preparing files for integration into DEP's OnBase Document Management System. This includes reviewing physical documents to remove any staples or binder spines and ensure that all pages are organized correctly before scanning. Additionally, you will verify the accuracy of scanning start sheets by checking that the attached documents correspond with the information provided, and you may need to consult the eFACTs system for further verification if required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Limited Term, full time
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting hourly wage of $17.00 (before taxes).
