Riveron is seeking a strategically minded Head of Marketing to lead Riveron's marketing efforts and build one of the most recognized Office of the CFO brands in the industry. Reporting directly to Nate Heeren, Senior Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member, this role will be pivotal in driving business growth and revenue acceleration through innovative marketing efforts.

Who You Are:
  • Proven builder of marketing functions and professional services brands
  • Proven success in B2B professional services with multi-channel offerings
  • Dynamic, adaptive leader that operates with urgency.
  • Savvy at establishing productive, collaborative stakeholder relationships with executive, business line and geographic market leadership.
  • 15+ years of overall marketing experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Change management experience in a high growth environment.
  • A proven track record of establishing short and long-term marketing goals and executing operating plans to achieve them.
  • Experience in running effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Project and event management expertise
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing automation tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives concurrently.
  • Continuous adaptation to the latest marketing methods and trends
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the United States
What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our leadership and the broader organization to develop and lead marketing efforts and strategies that foster growth in existing client relationships, sales enablement, media, social, event curation, and revenue efforts. Manage and coach all facets of the marketing team and its performance.
  • Sales Enablement: Build and manage a highly effective, proactive sales enablement engine, interfacing with all facets of the organization. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Best-in-class collateral development, access, organization, maintenance, upgrades
  • Ensuring urgent internal requests are fully satisfied in a timely, satisfactory manner.
  • Alignment of strategic priorities, firm messaging, and quality standards is paramount.
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy:
  • Brand Development: Own the evolution of Riveron's brand in the marketplace. Ensure consistent, sharply differentiated positioning and messaging (vs. competitors) in all advertising, marketing communications and sales enablement content. Build the brand's awareness so that the firm's value proposition is widely understood among key target audiences such as CFOs and private equity.
  • Go-to-Market: Define, in alignment with ELT, stakeholders, and client-facing personnel, plans for flawless execution of the strategic go-to-market that drives pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and deploy external marketing campaigns and communication initiatives based on the guidance of the ELT, including thought leadership, public relations, inbound marketing, account-based marketing, and social media.
  • Demand / Lead Generation Incl. Digital Channel Ownership: Identify and drive marketing activities that complement business segment-led sales activity and generate qualified leads in sufficient quantity to support firm growth objectives. Manage all digital marketing channels, including the website, video, webinars, social media, and email marketing to optimize ROI and lead acquisition cost metrics.
  • Client Relationship and Event Management: Proactively assisting the management of client relationships, events, and channel partners through collaboration with the Client Service teams to elevate Riveron's and our client's brand presence, enhance experiences and deliver successful outcomes including the generation of qualified sales leads.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and lead the annual team market planning process with oversight from Nate Heeren.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and apply analytical metrics to measure marketing performance, such as ROI (Return on investment), and guide continuous improvement in marketing efforts across all identified growth objectives and targets.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide status updates and presentations to Nate Heeren, as well as preparing ad hoc reporting needs at leadership's request.
  • Marketing Operations & Technology Adoption: Research and implement tools and technology that drive marketing results, streamline processes and improve collaboration with business segment leaders and subject matter experts.
The expected pay range for this position is $224,000 - $339,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
