STS Technical Services is hiring an Operations Support Concierge to join the Embraer team in Melbourne, Florida. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of Embraer's Customer Center, ensuring a polished and professional experience for visitors, senior leaders, and internal stakeholders.

As an Operations Support Concierge, you'll play a key role in maintaining the Customer Center's physical spaces, organizing inventory and supplies, and assisting with on-site logistics for events and customer activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, a polished presentation, and a customer-first mindset.

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of Customer Center buildings and storage areas
  
• Assist with stocking, unloading, and organizing supplies and event materials
  
• Help customers load luggage and cargo onto aircraft as needed
  
• Provide logistical support for on-site activities, meetings, and customer events
  
• Interact professionally with Embraer customers, executives, and senior leaders
  
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for local transport tasks
  
• Support internal teams with operational requests as needed
  

• Minimum 6 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license (per company policy)
  
• Clean and safe driving record (records will be reviewed)
  
• Ability to lift and move 50-60 lbs above waist height
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Experience in logistics or inventory management is a plus
  
• Professional demeanor and personal presentation required
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact with VIPs and guests
