STS Technical Services is hiring A&P Mechanics in Pompano Beach, Florida, to support single-engine turboprop aircraft maintenance within a 145 Repair Station environment. This is a hands-on, full-time contract-to-hire role offering long-term potential for dependable and motivated aircraft technicians.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you'll perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a fleet of aircraft, with a strong focus on single-engine turboprops. This role requires an active A&P certification, a solid background in general aviation maintenance, and the ability to work independently after onboarding.

• Conduct aircraft inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
  
• Perform avionics troubleshooting and minor systems work
  
• Assist with sheet metal repairs and component replacements
  
• Work primarily on single-engine turboprop aircraft (PT6 engine experience highly preferred)
  
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and 145 Repair Station procedures
  
• Document maintenance activity accurately and in a timely manner
  

• Active and current FAA A&P Certification (Airframe & Powerplant required)
  
• 3-5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
  
• Previous work with single-engine turboprop aircraft preferred
  
• Familiarity with PT6 engines is a strong advantage
  
• Experience working within a 145 Repair Station environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage maintenance tasks independently
