Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate complex technical internal audits and technology compliance and operational (TCOR) reviews that can be either GT Divisionally focused or horizontal in nature and span across multiple CIOs within Global Technology
  • Apply technical knowledge to understand and address audit/TCOR questions, coordinate appropriate responses from technical subject matter experts, manage assessment flow and timeline from start of audit through to completion
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, and business partners to analyze assessment questions, draft responses working with SMEs, understand and review technical evidence returned, ensure complete and accurate responses, and execute review and analysis of identified control deficiencies to drive to appropriate disposition
  • Interface with all levels of organization to ensure appropriate management involvement, awareness and understanding of risk, regulatory requirements, and impacts
  • Work under minimal supervision, managing audits, and TCOR reviews and assessments requiring strong understanding of audit processes and procedures
  • Engage with senior leaders and represent the team in both internal and external forums and working groups and is expected to establish, develop, and manage key partnerships across APSE



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with audit, exam management, and/or compliance (or similar experience)
  • Strong Windows Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing/communication skills, the ability to synthesize technical content from subject matter experts to clearly articulate complex subject matters to a variety of audiences
  • Proven Risk Leader with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities; knowledge of risk management /risk framework; ability to identify, escalate, and debate risk
  • Ability to synthesize the complex into meaningful messaging to drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
  • Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence Senior Leaders/peers/stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global and fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, influencing the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust
  • Detail oriented with an ability to review documentation for accuracy and report on the status of risk reviews
  • Understanding of the components and application of internal control frameworks including the requirements under SOX, COBIT and COSO



Desired skills:

  • IT degree or substantially equivalent experience
  • Experience in banking technology
  • Understanding of technology controls and control frameworks
  • Experience with distributed and mainframe technology environments
  • Tableau/Strong SharePoint skills
  • Any Risk or Audit certification (CISA, CISSP)

Pay Range: $46.18-$54.18
