You will independently coordinate project tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver results aligned with business goals. This role requires strong project management skills, clear communication with stakeholders, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are key to success in this role, as you will evaluate project performance, surface actionable insights, and recommend improvements to drive operational excellence within Talent Acquisition. Project Management: Manage project deliverables by creating and maintaining work plans, monitoring timelines, and communicating project updates clearly to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Recommend solutions to conflicts or roadblocks within your project area with support from leadership when needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across peer groups and collaborate with leaders to drive project outcomes. Facilitate effective discussions to keep work moving forward. Analytical Thinking: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, provide insights, and develop action plans to improve project outcomes. Accountability & Ownership: Deliver against project goals with a focus on timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Independently drive tasks to completion and escalate as appropriate. Continuous Learning: Take ownership of your development and actively seek opportunities to build skills and project management expertise. Requirements:
