KI is seeking a dynamic and strategic Organizational Development Manager to join our team. We're looking for an individual who is passionate about unlocking potential and driving meaningful, organizational change. In this pivotal role, you'll lead initiatives to elevate employee performance and cultivate a positive and intentional workplace culture. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing impactful training programs, measure effectiveness, and continuously evolving them to meet employee needs and business objectives. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in growing and nurturing our leadership pipeline through mentorship opportunities for emerging leaders, overseeing performance management processes, and developing competency models that support career development across the company. Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Development Programs
- Create, manage, and measure success of employee training programs and initiatives; find opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training with exceptional presentation skills.
- Use metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Leadership Development
- Identify, support, and nurture emerging leaders through mentorship opportunities, coaching, and leadership training programs.
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee Performance Management
- Refine our performance management system: system design, goal setting, feedback, and process communication.
- Competency Modeling
- Develop and apply a competency framework to guide hiring, development, and career progression.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of organizational development strategies across the organization.
- Develop strategies to support business goals through organizational development initiatives.
- Training Synergy
- Assure synergy between all training departments and initiatives.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
What you Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Training and Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Internal or external consulting experience facilitating large scale organizational change preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational and management skills
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPLP, or other relevant credential(s) preferred
