The Enterprise Compliance Governance Manager will work closely with the program governance director to build a program governance and reporting framework for enterprise compliance and effectively manage strategic initiatives. This position will work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to drive delivery and value to the organization.

Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop project management framework and standards for strategic initiatives for Enterprise Compliance Programs that will shape and drive excellence and delivery across Risk and Compliance.
  • Identify and implement processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards, driving adoption of these processes, and methodologies across the Compliance organization.
  • Ensure Regulatory Agencies have the right level of information through establishment of strong processes and procedures around tracking of regulatory correspondence, exams and inquiries.
  • Analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide meaningful reports and recommendations.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the three lines of defense, including the relevant risk segments to ensure a more integrated approach to Risk and Compliance matters.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they understand compliance requirements and best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of and proven success building program governance across Compliance pillars.
  • Ability to analyze various compliance problems or regulations and develop effective solutions and actions.
  • Strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong writing skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate into effective presentations to external regulators and Senior Executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives at once.
    Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task productively and collaboratively with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management with excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills for Microsoft Office -- PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 5 years of compliance related work in Financial Services industry.
Preferred Experience:
  • Master's degree or J.D.
    CRCM Certification or CAMS.
